What is VIUSEE best for?

Which model should I choose?

Choose Lite 11.6 for travel, Pro 13.5 for sharper text and more vertical workspace, Max 14 for a larger single-screen setup, and Ultra Dual 14 for a more advanced multi-window workflow.

Compatibility

Does it work with MacBook?

Yes. VIUSEE works with MacBook models that support USB-C or Thunderbolt video output.

Does it work with Windows laptops?

Yes. It works with Windows laptops through USB-C or HDMI, depending on the output ports on your device.

Can I use it with tablets or phones?

Yes, if your device supports USB-C video output. Some devices may need extra power or may have model-specific limitations.

Can I connect it to a game console?

Yes. Compatible consoles can connect through HDMI, depending on the device and cable setup.

Setup & Use

Do I need to install drivers?

No. VIUSEE monitors are designed for plug-and-play use with supported devices.

Can it work with one USB-C cable?

Yes, if your device supports both video output and enough power over USB-C. Some devices may still need a second power connection.

What if one cable does not work?

That usually means the device is not providing enough power or video over the same port. In that case, use a separate power cable or an HDMI-based setup.

How do I use it as a second screen?

Connect the monitor, open your system display settings, and choose “Extend Display” or the equivalent option on your device.

Shipping, Duties & Taxes

Do you offer free shipping?

Standard shipping is included on monitor orders unless a different shipping method or surcharge is clearly shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier network, but many orders arrive within 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Tracking details are sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

How are duties and import taxes handled?

Duties, import taxes, and customs-related charges are handled according to the laws and shipping rules of the destination country. If any amount is collected by VIUSEE or shown at checkout, it will be disclosed before payment. If local authorities or the carrier assess additional charges on import, the customer is responsible unless local law requires otherwise.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. To request a return, contact support with your order number and reason for return.

Who pays for return shipping?

For non-quality-related returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent, we will review the case and arrange the appropriate solution.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. VIUSEE products include a 1-year limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. This warranty applies in addition to rights available under applicable consumer law.

What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, cosmetic wear, or issues caused by unsupported devices, cables, or power sources.
