Refund policy

At Viusee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned after 15 days from delivery

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (defective item, damaged item, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, please:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider
