We want the purchase decision to feel clear and manageable. If something is not right, here is how returns and warranty support work.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start, email support@viusee.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Return shipping
For non-quality-related returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent, we will review the case and provide the appropriate solution.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and reviewed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
1-year limited warranty
VIUSEE products include a 1-year limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. This warranty applies in addition to rights available under applicable consumer law.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, cosmetic wear, or issues caused by unsupported devices, cables, or power sources.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos or video when relevant so we can review the case faster.
