Shipping Information

We keep shipping as clear as possible before you place an order. This page explains what is included, how timing works, and how duties or taxes are handled.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is included on monitor orders unless a different method or surcharge is clearly shown at checkout.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 2 business days. During promotions, holidays, or other peak periods, handling time may be longer.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing depends on the destination, local carrier conditions, and customs processing where applicable. Many orders arrive within 7–12 business days after dispatch, but final timing can vary by destination.

Duties, taxes, and customs charges

Duties, import taxes, and customs-related charges are handled according to the laws and shipping rules of the destination country. If any amount is collected by VIUSEE or shown at checkout, it will be disclosed before payment. If local authorities or the carrier assess additional charges on import, the customer is responsible unless local law requires otherwise.
