Need an order update?
There are three simple ways to check the status of your VIUSEE order.
1. Check your shipping email
Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with the tracking number and carrier details.
2. Sign in to your account
If you created an account, you can review recent order activity and order details from your account area.

If your order has not shipped after 2 business days, or if tracking has stopped updating, email support@viusee.com with your order number and we will help you check the status.
